Who do you look up to?
You probably have answers to that question. You have names rushing through your mind in quick succession. They most likely are names of great men in history, great politicians, religious leaders, your dad, mum, favourite uncle , aunty e.t.c. but here is what I have to say.
In the midst of your "looking up", try to look down a bit at yourself sometimes , so you will not end up living the lives of other men while loosing sight of who you are. If you already do this ,then I congratulate you for being smart, if not, welcome to the club as you begin to give more priority to your self.
More so, I want us to know that humans , including your mentors, are very imperfect beings. It is very hard to find someone who was right in all he did , so it pays to sieve all the ideologies of those you look up to , picking the ones that best suit you and your morality while doing away with the way you are not convenient with.
In all, I am just saying , we should look inward more for greatness rather than outwards.

Very wise words @ogoowinner for it is of extreme importance that one looks deep within themselves for guidance & understanding in all that we do. Simply put self love is the best love and the only way to love anyone or anything else is to recognize that first.
