An invite by a new hotel in Hong Kong - The Murray Hong Kong, Discovery Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) #2

I didn't sleep much, but managed to catch a zzz for some two hours. Waking up on an empty stomach, I took a quick shower and headed down to a restaurant serving breakfast. The setting matches the theme of the hotel. Most are ordinary buffet breakfast items. Something unique is a steamed tofu with asparagus in miso sauce.

The lobby is peaceful (perhaps early morning)

As far as I can remember, the building was designed by Norman and partners and has won several architectural awards.
