Pudding wine
Ingredients
1 pack of plain agar2
1 pack of nutrijell in purple
6 tbsp sugar
600 ml of water
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolve
1 pack of small kara
1 sweet white condensed milk sauce
to taste purple dye
Other materials:
1 eggplant
to taste the toothpick
quail egg mold
Step
Mix all ingredients .. cook while stirring so that coconut milk does not break until boiling .. give purple dye .. lift
Pour in quail egg mold until it overflows and chill
Clean the eggplant .. give a toothpick according to taste
Plug the pudding on the toothpick until it runs out. Store in the refrigerator and ready to serve
