GRANOLA RECIPE

Ingredients:
180 g rolled oats
40 g popped amaranth
120 g whole hazelnuts
¼ - ½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of vanilla bean powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
40 g of coconut oil
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
100 ml of maple syrup

method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan melt coconut oil, hazelnut butter and maple syrup and stir the mixture until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the ingredients in the bowl and mix until there are no dry parts left.
  4. Spread granola onto a baking paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the granola has a golden brown color. (Hint: To ensure equal toasting rotate the baking sheet after 10 min.)
  5. Let Granola cool down completely on the baking sheet before breaking it up in clusters.
