What foods reminds you of your childhood? Spaghetti bolognese 🍝 what one of my favorite childhood foods !! I and I still love it !!! This vegan tofu-bolognese is super delicious protein packed and meat-free option! The sauce is made of crumbled tofu, chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic and spices. So easy! Served I served it with roasted pine nuts and basil🍝🤩 wishing you a beautiful evening!

Tofu-Bolognese:
(1) • Dab 200g of tofu dry, crumble with a fork and fry in a pan in some oil until golden brown and season with tofu spice (2) • 1 finely chopped garlic clove • Add 1/2 diced onion (fry for 3-4 minutes) (3) • Add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree • fry for another 3-4 minutes (4) Add • 400g chopped tomatoes (5) • Bolognese seasoning • Italian roast • a little sugar • Season lemon juice • 5 min. Simmer.
