great post! some things i agree with, some i don't.
- circle jerking is clearly a problem. but i'd say blame the system that is rewarding whales to vote each other everyday and do nothing else. people simply go by the incentives.
- i think they should completely get rid of the trending page.. it's done so much more harm than good.
- i'm still ok with the 7 day pay out, taking an average. the cryptocurrency market is volatile.
- top 1% hoarding most of the resources is how most distribution systems work. i'd love to see some changes but i'm not sure if steemit inc can fix something that has happened naturally in the universe for as long as time itself.
- yes comments are underutilized!
