Iron Man in Real World ? | World's Hardest Material | Technology Facts

in #busy7 years ago (edited)

In this blog i will be sharing top real and amazing facts about technology.
Hope you enjoy reading this.So lets begin

1.ENIAC was completed in 1945 and is regarded as the first successful, general digital computer. It weighed more than 27,000 kg (60,000 lb), and contained more than 18,000 vacuum tubes. Roughly 2000 of the computer's vacuum tubes were replaced each month by a team of six technicians.

2.In 1800, Volta invented the first true battery, which came to be known as the voltaic pile. The voltaic pile consisted of pairs of copper and zinc discs piled on top of each other, separated by a layer of cloth or cardboard soaked in brine

3.QWERTY was designed to slow you down
There are actually two theories to this. The first one starts to make sense when you look at manual typewriters. If someone typed too fast, the keys would jam. QWERTY placed common alphabets at a distance from each other and slowed typists down.

Another theory is that telegraph operators designed the QWERTY layout because it was easier (and faster) to decipher Morse code.

Either way, there was no reason to keep using the layout, but it stuck and there was resistance to change. You can actually change your keyboard layout to the faster Dvorak layout in the language settings (or just buy a new Dvorak keyboard).

4.The Iron Man Suit Can Lift Over 100 Tons
When fully powered Tony Stark can lift up to 100 tons in the Iron Man suit. Pretty impressive considering that the Hulk's maximum lift (when calm) is 100 tons as well. Stark would later invent the Hulkbuster armor that could lift 175 tons to be able to combat The Hulk in certain situations.

5.RANDOM
Only 8% of the worlds currency is physical money. 92% of currency is digital.
In 1956, 5 megabytes of data weighed one ton.
The founder of Facebook dropped out of Harvard University.
Facebook pays hackers to hack Facebook

Very good stuff man, keep it up. I like your format. That's interesting with QWERTY, i know some ppl are slow as hell on a keyboard and others are fast as hell, but that may be because were so accustomed to typing on keyboards on our laptops and smartphones. Cool Facebook fact also, I'm sure they hire ex-hackers however lol!

thank u...i am new on steemit and trying to share my knowledge...keep supporting for more content
