@silentworld, There have been a number of articles, such as this one that claim that Vitamin D will help lower the risk of getting cancer of the colon or rectum (colorectal cancer). Do you believe that?

There are lot of this which cause damage if you take it imbalance. If you take this without any suggestion from a senior adviser. hope you understand.
