Materials
Hilsa fish 4 pieces, like barka bread, raw chili 5, 6, rice oil, turmeric powder, salt according to taste, kalapata, cotton (for clamp wrap).
Recipe
First make a mixture of amaranth, quantity of oil, salt, turmeric and a little bit of cloves like a container. Now mix this mixture with Hilsa in another container. Cover the vessel for 20 minutes. Cut the banana leaf four pieces and cut it. Cut it in such a way that the pieces of hilsa fish can be wrapped in each piece. The banana leaf should be kept in the heat of the fire so that the soles become soft and easily wrap.
Take a piece of banana leaf, then smell the oil well. Put a piece of hilsa fish kept in the rows before it is rinsed. After that, leave one or two raw chillies aside. Now fold the yarn around the banana leaf well. In the same way, fold the pieces of the remaining fish in the pen. Now heat a tawa or pot, then put a halsha wrapped in a pan with a small amount of oil. Cover the tawa or the vessel. Let it cook a little bit and cook it. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and flip the hilsa in a thick cloth. If it turns out to be black, turn it over. Cover again. Allow to cook for another five minutes. Close the gas.
