Rain In The Summer
I live in California
Known for earthquakes
Summer is funny
Most times it's late
It was hot yesterday
But today is light rain
How can this be?
Season is the same
Always dress in layers
Temp varies 30 degrees
Get to the beach in the wrong clothes
You'll be quick to leave
Tourist pack for the heat
But don't they hear what locals say
Sunny California and
Fog & Cold from the Bay
My grandma
Gave me an umbrella
I can use it either way
I have to buy another
Cuz I lost it yesterday (shhhh)
Come visit the place
Where the Trees are grand
Oceans and beaches
Wine and fans
Fruits and people
Of all kinds
Did I mention
The finest wines?
In CA it's known for variety
It rains in the summer.
Why?
..... Beats me
(I got my theories why...lol)

It was 40 degrees a couple of days ago, and it is 71 right now. It is never boring. Not a cloud in the sky, and it is beautiful outside!
I feel yard work coming on, ROFLOL!
