Ingredients
-sdm rice flour
-glass starfruit glutinous flour
-taste of pandanus paste
Sufficient grated coconut (give a little salt)
Sufficient brown sugar (fine comb)
Sufficient water
Step
Cook water until boiling, then reduce the heat.
Steamed shredded coconut with salt .. (I taro in aja cooker rice)
Mix the rice flour and rice flour with a little water and then stir in hand pake, add pasta pandan .. stir until dull
Make the balls do not be too big & not too small yes shape until the dough runs out ..
Take the dough and then flatten and make a hole in the middle then give 1/4 ato 1/2 tsp brown sugar then close again and shape the ball2 again ..
Cook the klepon dough balls until it floats ,, after everything ngapung turn off the stove let for 2 minutes to benar2 ripe
Raise the ball of klepon then back and forth in the grated coconut that has been in the steamed it .. serve 😊
