Maybe you have a friend or someone you know with impressive abilities or maybe, you yourself are that person with a lot of talent and with many skills. Not only is it about having a talent, but it must be developed to the maximum so that you can make a difference over others. The very talented or prodigious people that you see in the top 10 of successful people, such as Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Michael Phelps, Thomas Alva Edison, Beethoven and many others, have not been born learning or with those skills. They have had to work very hard to develop their talent to the fullest and make a difference in the world.
Without a doubt, talent can help you to excel at the beginning, but what will make the difference is how much you develop your talent, and that each time you read some of these people who are in the top 10, Remember that they have some things in common:
1.- They love what they do: Beethoven liked music; Donald Trump likes business; Piccaso loved to paint; Michael Phelps loves swimming. All the people who have a talent and who love to do what they do, do much better in life, giving them much more value and much more quality in the things they do.
2.- Constantly learn: Those people who make a difference, apart from liking to do what they do, are trained and learn constantly looking for the way to know more about their disciplines. Training and educating gives you an almost unfair advantage over your competition, but why? Because most people when they finish studying or when they reach a midpoint, stop training, stop learning, stop improving, stop updating and, instead, people who are passionate about what they do regardless of the consequences, they do exactly the opposite to be able to improve their talents and abilities. Why? Because they love doing it, because it fills them with vitality, fills them with energy, fills them with enthusiasm. The important thing here is that you train at least one hour a day: If you do, you will make a big difference between you and most people who do not; You will also get better results and a better quality of life.
So, when you see the elite athletes you admire, your favorite musicians or the artists you like the most, remember that they do what they love and also love to be them: They learn by constantly training and practice many hours to develop and perfect your talent.
