Поездка в крепость "Орешек", город Шлиссельбург, Ленинградская область
В 2016 году мне удалось посетить очень интересное место, расположенное недалеко от Санкт-Петербурга. Это крепость «Орешек». Она находится в некогда стратегически важном для России месте: у истока реки Невы из Ладожского озера.
In 2016 I managed to visit a very interesting place, located near St. Petersburg. This is the Fortress "Oreshek". It is located in the once strategically important place for Russia: at the source of the Neva River from the Ladoga Lake.
Немного истории
Крепость была заложена русскими в этом месте в 1323 году (тогда это была деревянная) и имеет богатую историю. В некоторые периоды истории она была шведской крепостью и имела название Нотебург. В 1702 Петр I окончательно вернул крепость русским и с тех пор она всегда им и принадлежала.
В начале 20 века в крепости действовала тюрьма, здесь содержались политические преступники. В годы Великой Отечественной войны город, находящийся на левом берегу был оккупирован, крепость в течение 500 дней держала оборону, не позволяя немецким войскам переправиться на правый берег Невы.
A bit of history:
The fortress was laid by the Russians in this place in 1323 (then it was wooden) and has a rich history. In some periods of history it was a Swedish fortress and was called the Noteburg. In 1702 Peter I finally returned the fortress to the Russians and since then it always belonged to them.
At the beginning of the 20th century, a prison operated in the fortress, where political criminals were held. During the Great Patriotic War, the city on the left bank was occupied, the fortress kept its defenses for 500 days, not allowing the German troops to cross the right bank of the Neva.
Съездить в Шлиссельбург и посмотреть на эту крепость я захотел после отзывов друзей, которые там побывали ранее. Добраться до нее просто: автобусы маршрутов №440 от метро Рыбацкое и №575 от метро улица Дыбенко, или на автомобиле. Город Шлиссельбург расположен в 50 км от Санкт-Петербурга.
На остров, на котором располагается крепость можно попасть паромом, который достаточно часто ходит. Переправа занимает 5-10 минут, крепость хорошо видна с причала.
I wanted to go to Shlisselburg and see this fortress after the reviews of friends who visited there earlier. Getting to it is simple: bus routes №440 from the subway Rybatskoe and №575 from the metro station Dybenko, or by car. The city of Shlisselburg is located 50 km from St. Petersburg.
On the island, where the fortress is located, you can get by ferry, which often goes around. The ferry takes 5-10 minutes, the fortress is clearly visible from the pier.
Прибыв на остров, можно осматривать все самостоятельно или вместе с экскурсоводом. Я начал осмотр крепости снаружи.
Можно без проблем обойти ее вокруг и полюбоваться как на само сооружение, так и на вид, который открывается с самого острова. Остров расположен в очень живописном месте. В это месте река Нева вытекает (вернее будет сказать река Нева берет исток) из крупнейшего пресноводного озера Европы. На горизонте почти всегда можно наблюдать лодки местных рыбаков.
Arriving on the island, you can see everything yourself or along with the guide. I began to inspect the fortress from the outside.
You can easily go around it and admire both the structure itself and the view that opens from the island itself. The island is located in a very picturesque place. At this point, the Neva River flows (or rather, the Neva River takes its source) from the largest freshwater lake in Europe. On the horizon you can almost always see boats of local fishermen.
Внутри крепости расположены плохо сохранившиеся после Великой отечественной войны строения, в которых проживал гарнизон, здания тюрьмы. В центре крепости находится монумент, возведенный в честь подвига советских солдат. Вот несколько фотографий, на которых можно разглядеть то, что есть на внутренней территории крепости.
Inside the fortress there are buildings that were poorly preserved after the Great Patriotic War, in which the garrison lived, the buildings of prison. In the center of the fortress there is a monument erected in honor of the feat of Soviet soldiers. Here are some photos on which you can see what is on the inside of the fortress.
Также на территории можно самостоятельно или вместе с экскурсоводом посетить здания тюрьмы, где своими глазами увидеть кто, когда и в каких условиях жил на острове. Одно из зданий было построено специально для заключения всем известных декабристов.
Также можно самостоятельно походить по стенам крепости (в местах, где это безопасно).
В общем, мне очень понравилась эта поездка. Было очень познавательно и интересно.
Also on the territory you can visit the prison buildings yourself or together with a guide, where you can see who, when and in what conditions you lived on the island. One of the buildings was built specifically for the conclusion of all the famous Decembrists.
Also, you can independently walk along the fortress walls (in places where it is safe).
In general, I really enjoyed this trip. It was very informative and interesting.
