A good decision

I once read a famous quote. I don't remember exactly who wrote it, but it said "Never make a decision when you are angry and never make a promise when you are happy." It was a very meaningful quote for me, because it was true. When you make a decision with anger, you will just get short-minded. For example: you are angry, and you decide to punch the person who made you angry, but then you regret it. The second phrase is "never make a promise that you can't even make sure you will grant it when you are happy." For example: you are so happy on the moon that you promise that you will do everything they want, then you have no time to grant it and once again you make someone upset. When you feel that you are so angry, please calm yourself first. These methods work well for me. Take a deep breath and then release it. Repeat it until your heart beats slowly. The second one is the butterfly method. I have never tried it, but it worked with my friend. I knew it from a popular Kdrama entitled "It's okay not to be okay". How to do it? Just like what you did in the first way, but then you hug yourself by crossing your arms in forward, relax and take a deep breath, wait until you calm yourself. If you feel you can't do it, just tell your children that you are angry, and you need time to calm yourself. I hope that works!
