Buy some Bitcoin if you don't already have some. Maybe Coinbase is the best way for you to do that - If you are new to crypto currency I suggest buying it there.
Send Bitcoin from Coinbase or any other place you have a Bitcoin wallet to your wallet here.
Do web searches for help where you get stuck. There are endless tutorials on how to do these two steps in detail.
