Thanks for your sharing! It is definitely a good photo. And you know what? I love owl! I think it is as cut as cat XD. How come you can take such picture? there was no cage for the owl? or there is a big cage you entered? Have to tried to feed the owl or pet it?
Sorry for the late reply bro, you see the thin line slicing across the hole?? there are actually thing lines to prevent them from flying out, they got a very good design in the Smithsonian's National Zoo

I know right!! He was curious with that human, what is he holding some rectangular thing with a circle thing, wait how come i can see myself in it, what is this, let me take a closer look, ekkkkk. Enough of owls pretending for me, but this kid here really caught my eye, not just cause its stood brave in front of me but also its iris color was great!! Too bad the competition was in black and white, otherwise you will experience another side of its eye!! Glad you liked my photo!! Steem on

Thank you pakyee, i upvoted you article too, its was such an interesting professional you got there!! Really felt there are so many ging people in the steem it community, so many experts in all different fields, all contributing to create a place with excellent contents!! Anyway glad you like this little guy here, if i recall right its a desert owls, i really loved his eye, so big round and sharp yellow iris color, just like a very fine marbles placed inside its skull!! Anyway steem on!!

Thank you very much Zack, you got some excellent post there too!! I love going to zoos to see animals, they all got some beauties in them which are unique to their species!! For all preditor birds their eyes are all so sharp and beautiful, with very dilated pupils when needed for pret hunting. Some other birds have really shines and distinctive colorings for attracting mates, and some have very strange morphology which is a result of evolution!! Nature is always amazing so we must cherish it!!
