The theme for this week is "Geometric Shapes".
What do you think when you look at this house? Looks a bit weird and skewed, doesn't it? It also appears to be rather small like they took it straight from Lego land. This results from the unusual design of the house itself combined with the perspective from up above. If you look to the upper right, you'll see some people I chose to include in the picture for scale.Entry no. 2 for @daveks' #bwphotocontest.

Was denkt ihr im ersten Moment, wenn ihr dieses Haus seht? Es erscheint irgendwie nicht richtig, etwas schief und seltsam, nicht wahr? Und es wirkt sehr klein, als würde es ins Legoland gehören. Ein Ergebnis der ungewöhnlichen Architektur und der Perspektive von oben herab. Oben rechts im Bild sind zwei Menschen, die ich als Maßstab mit aufs Bild genommen habe.Beitrag Nr. 2 für @daveks #bwphotocontest.

It really messed a bit with my eyesight ;-) It just looks not quite right. Maybe being an adult makes you less open for deviant geometries.

That was most unusual, and if you didn't include those people, really would look as a toy house, @okkiedot. Do you know, does anybody actually living inside?
Well, if someone was living there, he or she would have the most unusual garden. The building was located at the Palatino inbetween the ruins of the Domus Augustana. My guess is it was part of an art installation.
Yeah, took me a moment to realize it's a 1:1 scale, too!
