Thanks for the suggestion I am going to the Drs at 0:30 so will see what he says
I think I have to be more sensible for a couple of weeks and not going out when the temp is down near freezing i should have learnt by now

Ohh I am one who seldom listens as well and to be honest thats part of why I have this bug getting out for too many walks inthe cold, my chest just doesnt like that, but for now I will be sensible and get over this

LOL glad it snot just me that is like that being stuck indoors today isnt so bad it is rainy and cold so thats not to bad :)
