Have Asher (@abh12345) do a data pull on the top 100 voters to you then over the course of ten days give out a full upvote on one of their post or comments. I think you are doing great, I will have been on for 1 year on Aug 1st, so from my view you are slamming it, not only in SP, but in real REP also.

Well, I know who the top 10 people I interact with are. I kinda wanted to do something for newbies or something. I have not decided yet. Good idea though. I like where you are headed.
