hmm sounds strange. if you haven't attested yet and didn't receive anything I would recommend you to just delete the wallet and install it once more. I had a similar problem first but deleting the bot and adding it again worked for me.

Make sure to make a backup in case you have any funds in your wallet!

Please how can i backup my funds as i want to set my phone to default.

• Click home in the wallet
• open the menu tab in the left upper corner
• click on settings
• scroll down and click on full backup
• set a password you won't forget and click export
• now you need to open the internal storage file on your phone and search for Byteball
• click on the file and you will see your backup file
• make sure to save this on a save device
