But bot is not responding , it's more than 3 hours gone.
Try to disconnect the bot and connect again
What do you mean by disconnect the bot? I have already close the bot several times & disconnect the network & start again but no response from the bot.
Go to chat and then contacts you will see a tab to disconnect
