I just want to ask a question. Since I've already posted my byteball address on the comment section of the person that referred me, is my byteball wallet still safe? Can a participant's byteball wallet be accessed using just the address alone?

Of course not!!! If that was possible Blockchain would have died in 2009
Thanks. I thought the account could be accessed through address
You should keep your seed words safe and back them up somewhere (it's like owner key for Steem), if you have done the attestation then you should do the full backup too.
Seed words are the private key to your wallet (so don't share those). Byteball addresses are public (it's like your username on Steem) and can be only used to send you the funds and look up how much you have (just like on Steem).
If you did the attestation also publicly then people can also send you Bytes using
steem/resuscitate
address and they can also see how much Bytes you have (just like on Steem). If you did the private attestation then they can only see that you have done the attestation using your public Byteball address, but they don't know, which Steem user. But they could scan Steem blockchain to look who have posted that in Steem comments. If you want to change from private attestation to public attestation then you can do that by doing the attestation again (no reward on second time), but you can't change from public to private.
Thanks for the useful information. Please do you have any idea of how the byteball bonus can be transferred to steemit wallet?
