Bolu Roll Economical Gluten Free (3 eggs)

This time I will share the economical gluten free rolls cookie recipe.

Ingredients
6 - 8 pieces
3 eggs (I use 1/2 recipe)
1 egg yolk (optional)
35 g of refined sugar
35 gr mocaf flour
5 gr of cornstarch
5 gr milk powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 tbsp emulsifier (I SP)
63 gr margarine / butter, melted (I am loyal to Royal Palmia)
to taste Pasta mocha
Mocha buttercream (can be seen in my other recipe list)
Nougat ingredients (bottom make way)
100 gr sugar
125 gr of roasted peanuts (I'm ready-made donut nuts)

Step
Sift mocaf flour, cornstarch and milk first.

I use the all in one method. Beat eggs, sugar, previously sifted flour, and emulsifiers to fluffy and white.

Enter the melted margarine / butter that has been given mocha paste gradually. Stir back with a spatula. Make sure the dough is well blended and there are no margarine / butter deposits so the cake is not congested.

Pour into a 22x22x4 baking pan that has been smeared with margarine and covered with bread paper and then rubbing the bread paper with margarine. I use 20x20x4 pan.

Bake in preheated oven. Use 200 ° C for 20 minutes. 15 minutes fire down and 15 minutes fire up. Tips from me, the first 15 minutes use the bottom fire, then in the first 5 minutes add fire up. If the fire down already 15 minutes turn off and move to the upper fire settings only. So the total fits 20 minutes. Do not be too long later cake so dry and easily broken when rolled.

Let stand a ripe cake 4-5 minutes. Flip it onto a loose bread paper with no indentation or a clean napkin. Do not forget to peel off the cake paper bag.

Roll the cake together. I use a scrapper (use a board / board for exam can) to compact the roll. Then let stand cool.

After the cake is cold, open the roll. Then spread with mocha buttercream to taste.

Roll back the cake. Spread the outside of the cake with the remaining mocha buttercream.

Give a sprinkling of nougat nuts on the side of the cake.

How to make nougat nuts:

Heat sugar in a skillet or a teflon pot with a big fire but do not be big. I use a teflon pot to stir it more easily.

After the sugar melts, put the beans and stir until blended (do not stir later also burn). Stir quickly and teflon still on the stove fire. If not on the fire caramel stove so hard cepet. Be careful pas tempting because melamine caramel sugar really hot if hit hand.

Pour and flatten into a non-sticky baking dish (a teflon pan) or in a place that has been covered with bread paper and smeared with cooking oil. Then chill.
