200g sugar
115g spread
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate
200g flour
1 3/4 teaspoons preparing powder
120ml drain

Preheat the stove to 180 degrees C. Oil and flour a 23cm tin or line a bun plate with paper cases.
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and spread. Beat in the eggs, each one in turn, at that point blend in the vanilla. Join flour and preparing powder, add to the creamed blend and blend well. At last mix in the drain until the point that the blend is smooth. Empty or spoon blend into the readied tin or bun cases.
Heat for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated broiler. For pixie cakes, heat 20 to 25 minutes. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch.
