💕 Ingredients:
200 gr of rice flour
50 gr tapioca flour
100 gr mung beans
200 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves (I use vanilla)
750 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
Food coloring (if desired)

To taste banana leaves
💕 How to Make:
Wash the green beans and then soak overnight. Drain, steam for 20 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, granulated sugar and salt in a pan, pour coconut milk little by little while stirring it so that no one has a grind. Add pandan leaves (vanilla) and food coloring to taste.
Cook over low heat while continuing to stir until thick and smooth. Add green beans, stir well and turn off the heat.
Take 2 tablespoons of dough, wrap with banana leaves according to taste.
Steam for 20 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
