it honestly should be about only one thing: Why does the Fire Department not have water. That's it! There's really nothing more to discuss.
I saw a photo of the one reservoir and it was maybe 5% full. Surely if you have a swimming pool you can rig something up.
I've read there are private fire departments that can be hired for $2000 an hour to protect individual properties. Not sure if its true but that is what I read.
Well if you have no insurance then I think at the time of need well worth the money.
