Hello all fellow Hive users.
I took a road trip to visit my mother, from Los Angeles to Bakersfield.
A 2 hour ride through beautiful sunny California on my Kawasaki Ninja
I took the liberty to stop and snap some photos of my trip. I hope everyone enjoys the views.
My trip began in the city of Wilmington, Ca. Near the college.
As I'm leaving I notice a small gathering. Others also celebrating the Easter holiday. They had their own mini Car Show and Bbq going so I stopped to check out the vehicles.
After checking out the Lowriders I jumped on the Freeway.
Next I've gathered a few shots of LA and Hollywood.
My next stop was near Six Flags Magic Mountain. In Valencia, Ca. This is just before you hit the mountain roads of the grapevine in California. Once your on the grapevine their isn't much around so I decided to grab something to eat.
I finally reached Bakersfield.
I was raised in Los Angeles so even a couple of hours away seems like a different world. I'm so used to the big city life that a place like Bakersfield is a huge change in scenery. Overall, it's not for me but I sure enjoyed the ride. I hope you enjoyed my journey through California.
I'm new to Hive and learning a lot about the community. Show a noob some love. Thanks for checking me out.
Cali road trips are the best. I also appreciate your Wendy’s lunch. They have the best chicken nuggets. 😄
Hope you had a great time with your mom!
Thank you for the reply. I love Wendy's myself. Although, kinda bittersweet you see my mom is moving out of state. This trip was goodbye.
