A funny story. In the Philippines there's a city named Ilo-Ilo. And in japanese there's a word "iro-iro".
A japanese girl when I asked her where she stayed in the Philippines, said to me - "Iro-Iro".
-- Where? In various cities? What cities?
-- Noooo. In Iro-Iro.... the city
I'd heard of the city before and that's why I was able to understand what she meant.
In Japanese the "l" doesn't exist and gets replaced with the "r".
