Yes, I'd still run away. I can recall a time in New Orleans I was talking to a woman in plain clothes. I asked her if she wanted to have a drink, she told me she was a police officer and threatened to shoot me. So I think it is always wise to just play it by ear...lol
New Orleans police seem more serious than Cambodia's. hehe
I would agree but in some cases you never know.
I would rather make crime in front of them, so they will handcuff me.
