Welcome to my post.
It has been quite an issue and a trending question of newbies on steemit that how to follow different strategies and increase FOLLOWERS on Steemit. You may find many posts related to the mention issue on steemit. Therefore, I will just give you a quick overview of the TOP most strategies and they we will discuss the campaign.
To increase your followers, please follow the following basic rules:
1.Post quality content to attract steemians
2.Go to the new tab and click on "introduce yourself or introduction posts and invite them to follow you, also leave an encouraging comment for the newbies
3.Regularly comment on various posts and get noticed among masses
Frequently join steemit chat forums and stay active. It is a cool idea is to meet new people and ask for their Steemit blog names. Send them a follow and they might follow you back.
4.Try to start a Follow/Follow Campaign (which we are going to discuss later in this post). This strategy is used by many. I used this strategy. It is a nice idea, all you need to do is to comment on post, share your thoughts about their post and leave an additional comment by saying "I have followed you on Steemit, please be kind enough to follow me as well."
Warning: this actually works if you do it regularly, so if you do it be ready to get a lot of followers.
Starting a Follow/Follow Campaign!
For all the people having pain to increase their steemit followers, Lets join hands and start this Follow/Follow Campaign as someone from somewhere has to step ahead and start it for the betterment of all.
All we have to do it to follow the below mentioned steps, which will help me and you all to gain followers and votes both at a same time, Here's what to do:
1.Upvote and Resteem this post into your own blogs.Let people/new users/people in search of followers know about this campaign.
2.Leave a comment under Follow/Follow Campaign post "I have followed you on Steemit, please be kind enough to follow me as well." - The author/sharer will follow you and you will get a follower as well. Hence its a win-win situation.
3.As a part of this campaign, do read other posts as well and leave the titled comment over there as well i.e. "I have followed you on Steemit, please be kind enough to follow me as well."
4.Thank the follower and appreciate them for their efforts.
Hi @mike949, I replied to your post on Facebook (Team Steemit) in which you clearly say that you are building a "TEAM" of 50 members. You also talked that there will be a "PLATFORM" and that it would take a few minutes a day.
I asked you for more information and you sent me a link to this post. I read it 3 times and I'm sorry to tell you but you're going wrong everything !!
1st You talked about 50 members but now I read this post is NOT TRUE, it's open to everyone, you're calling everyone, not just 50.
2nd you said that there will be a "PLATFORM" and that it takes a few minutes a day. I do not see what is the "PLATFORM" I see only STEEMIT
3rd, you asked who wanted to be part of your "TEAM". explain to me what is your "TEAM"?
MY OPINION: you're new on STEEMIT, you've got 25 of reputation and you've been here for 1 month, you still do not understand its functioning and its potential
Steemit was created to give value to posts with original content, to those who write beautiful things, serious things, who share something useful, and then reward them
You are proposing FOLLOW / FOLLOW. I think this thing is ugly, “I follow you if you follow me and you vote if you vote”. What???
Could be “I follow you because I like what you share, I put a vote because the content of your post is good and you deserve it”.
MY ADVICE: let go yourself !!!
Do not care how many followers you have (it is not important to have many)
Do not care the upvote (if you are not voted, go ahead with your ideas but do not go to exchange favor for favor, vote for vote, follow for follow)
Post what you want what you like, what makes you happy. (not that will give you more votes or more followers)
I do NOT vote you because I do not like what you promise, but I send you 1 steem dollar (look at your wallet) maybe it will make you happy
I'm so sorry to say that there was not enough responses from people to work with my team . But after reading your comment I'm again starting to make the platform with less people than my expectation.

does not matter how many u following or how many u have follower
if write something good give that content a boost then automatically u will get follower
