Spending the day at a Relay For Life event that raises money and awareness for cancer. My mother-in-law is a cancer survivor and there has been a lot of cancer in my wife's family. Feeling good about being part of this and supporting my MIL and other survivors.

There was no running at this relay but each teem had to have at least one walker on the track during the whole event. It is also almost 90 degrees and no shade anywhere on the track.
