You mean BCH? Uh yeah Bitcoin fees have been low but Bitcoin cash is much much lower closer to 0 to 1 cents for Bitpay... So why would I want to pay $1 when I can pay 1 penny to actually 0 fee quite often when using Bictoiin Cash (BCH) to top up by Bitpay Visa Debit card from @blocktrades and SBD just ask @rogerkver
