If you've been resarching the crypto-space you'll no doubt see a multitude of "Pot Coins", however, there is only ONE Cannabis Coin!
WHAT MAKES CANNABIS COIN SO UNIQUE?
One Word: Supply-Cap.
Okay, so that was 2 words, but a "Hard Cap" on the supply on the coins is a huge deal! To my knowledge, no other "cannabis coin" out there has a hard cap on the supply of coins. So, in other words, CANN is the only cannabis-related coin which can't be artificially inflated by producing more coins.
BUT WHY CANNABIS, ALEX?
For those of you who don't know, the prohibition of cannabis is failing, and more Cash-Only cannabis dispensaries are opening in Now-Legal States in the USA. These companies don't want to have THOUSANDS of US Dollars in Cash sitting in their stores, which makes Cannabis Coin the ultimate store of value for a dispensary (Or dare I say a Coffee-Shop)!
So go* and get some** Cannabis Coins!***

why would cannabis businesses put their money in Cannabis Coin and not in one of the much recognizable, time tested, secure, or privacy protected coins? Just because it shares the name Cannabis with their product. Sillyness.
Faster, smaller fees, already coming in because people are spending CANN at stores, among other reasons. If you didn't already know, the cannabis community is a very tight-knit one... So yeah they're going to milk the whole movement. It's like asking why would they sell medical-grade sodas instead of regular Coca Cola? And the option of buying a coin at 3 cents with the potentiality of it going way up sounds interesting to many. Lol you don't have to get any, but it has been at a stable pre-pump price for quite some time, so others will partake with or without your approval 😏
If they accepted CANN why wouldn't they also accept BTC LTC ETH DASH MONERO. . . there seems to be no incentive for using it. In Nevada I was in a dispensary that accepted BTC in January. They would be taking a bigger gamble by using a low volume Alt coin.

Yeah I'm also holding Iota for many reasons, one being the whole no-fees thing. I like that they are also quantum-proof. That's a super longterm hold, though. In my opinion. Not gonna sell my Iota until they're $1,000 each 😄

Well, like I said, the fee would be smaller, at least comparative to bitcoin. If this idea makes you unhappy, I am sorry for the inconvenience... There's no need to be negative lol this post was designed to point out that there's 1 coin that has a hard supply cap. Not for people to get irritated by it...
@quatrophoto has a point there, but "potheads" do have weakness for anything that has a connection with weed, even if it's just a name... It could get big if the big boys in "medical" marihuana get convinced
Many in the cannabis industry are not just potheads, on the business side of weed, there are white collar professionals, savy, investors and many don't even use weed. Pot coins have nothing proprietary about them nor do they have a high volume of trade or stakers. Good luck with this alt
Yeah the average dispensary owner is either already a millionaire or soon to be a millionaire, so there's definitely room for them to diversify I Crypto. And yes @pele23 you are correct, stoners have a gigantic networking effect and community, both medically and recreationally. And let's be real would a store rather be accepting 0.002 BTC or 33,000 CANN coins... It's like the "Bitcoin" of the Cannabis coins, with the hard cap on supply. Any coin with a hard cap is worth getting at least 1 LOL 😄
