I am happy to help. Once women (in particular) learn to use the herb...it changes lives because it will balance hormones and sleep patterns. With those 2 things sorted, there is more tolerance in life for life and what others do or don’t do. Now with all that said, not everyone can overcome the fear memory of their past experiences, so I would encourage anyone to be kind to themselves, first. Then, start using a low strength strain, slowly...like one inhalation or drop at a time until the ideal comfort level is discovered. I was the most uptight, paranoid freak going until I figured out how to use the herb to my advantage. ;)
