In a startling move, President Trump this morning fired US Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
I wasn't all that startled, to be honest. I figured this would happen someday, but I didn't think it would be the day after the midterm elections. That was pretty entertaining.
I've always had a place in the bad part of my heart for Jeff Sessions. He said and actually believes that good people don't use marijuana. He doesn't care if it helps children not have seizures, dammit, he just can't let the goddamn hippies win.
Well, bye Felicia. I think it'll be high-various if nationwide legalization ends up happening under a Republican's watch. That might almost literally make heads explode. I don't use the word literally lightly.
