I don't ever let it get down to 40%. during the last few weeks of flower we keep it 45-50%. I keep it a little higher in the first few weeks of flower, and sometimes in veg I'll let it get up to like 65%. Our rooms are huge, 60 1000w lights with over 500 plants, so sometimes it's hard to keep it perfect. Generally I lower it steadily until harvest though.
