Your funny. You do know i did this just three weeks ago right? These leaves grow back fast. These plants should have been in flower a while back. I got caught up with work and we have white flies that I haven't really done anything about until recently other than adding ladybugs. I've been waiting for the purple tears from dirt farmer genetics the show sex but after 4 months nothing. If leaves don't get light from other leave shading it then those leaves will die and parts of the plant that I want to stay alive. The safer has done a great job of eliminating a lot of the white flies but I need to be thorough and got rid of all the big fan leaves they were living on. I haven't done much in here but just gave us some top dressings with buildasoil craft blend and occasional ferments. Outdoors I do like keeping more leaves on but we are growing with LED lights and I'm looking for canopy penetration. I'm putting out the net in a couple days like I was saying I really want to move them outside though. We only have 400 W LED lights so I have hundreds of tops in here and I just want to make sure they're all getting even light and better dosage of safer.

Sounds like you need to restart. If you can't get a book and deal with the problem... Then you should get a gardener.
The more times that you remove leaves the more issues that you're going to have.
That plant spent so much more in energy and nutrients that you just threw in the garbage...
And canopy penetration doesn't mean anything. Like I said... I'm standing here shaking my head.
