got it right. The cannabis you're growing requires complete dark, every night. Absolutely zero light. Most cannabis requires at least 10hrs of dark to start flowering. Your plant has just been "vegging." Most growers use 12hrs of dark and 12hrs of light for "Flowering."
What they mean is you have to have it in uninterupted light for 12 hours then uninterupted dark for 12 hours.. that will kick her into flowering cycle.. keep on that cycle till she is ready to harvest.. feel free to hit me up with questions.. happy growing! :)

You will need airflow at night to prevent mold.
could be due to lighting, it needs a 50/50 light cycle to flower and a warmer light less lumens (y) try that out
indeed the 50/50 light cycle will speed up the proces
