Well, tobacco and alcohol are both bad for health, but so is loads of chronic stress from trying to avoid using any outlet at all. Have you tried vaping? Not sure where you're from but you can get components from reputable sources online for pretty cheap (depending what cheap is considered) and juice can be very cheap if you mix it yourself.

I don't disagree, nicotine itself has been implicated as a carcinogen and is used as a pesticide, but pound for pound it's proven to be the most effective route to smoking cessation from regular cigs.

Hey @charitybot, I drink and smoke occasionally. Don't keep it like daily habit. I have good attitudes and every time can stop my smoke habit.
