Thanks @onceuponatime! It was actually a trickier contest than I thought it would be due to the 10 minute time limit.
Many strains of cannabis have a strong citrus terpene profile, so they lend themselves nicely to any lemon-based dessert.
I do hope someone makes limoncello gelato...
I almost tackled it, but I'm just am not that fast in the kitchen.
