Great question! Yes only once. What I do is before I switch a plant into flower I take shoots from the bottom of the plant and cut the tip a certain way and dip in hormone powder, after about 14 days roots form and the process starts all over again. I kinda have a bad habit for taking to many cuttings, but it is to ensure ill always have plants.

Ahhhhh! So you can decide when to make it flower by changing the conditions, I take it?

yeap. The plants in this post are under 24 hours of light 0 darkness, which keeps them growing shoots. Cannabis is a species of plant that dont need darkness to rest. But it needs 12 hours of darkness every day to go into flower. So my flower room light is on for 12 hours and off for 12 hours. Now there is a species of cannabis that flowers automatically, its called cannabis rudderless, which as soon as they start growing they are flowering. But mine are what you call photo period, which needs the light to change just like it does in the fall time to produce the buds. :)
