I'll upvote and follow any decent post about legalizing cannabis in US (or any other country). The legalization of cannabis will not only higher moral, but lower crime, lower suicide rates, and actually improves the economy. I could go on and on about it, but so many other pro pot Americans have already stated their cases so well. Upvoted and followed!!

The government will destroy pot, they are not doing anyone a favor. Until we are allowed to grow our own, pharma will get in and grow some lousy pot to make the people ILL.

I am against the legalization of drug for recreative uses. However I think that to determine if a drug should be legal or not the only criteria should be scientific evidence: addiction, benefit and harm to the consumer, posible social harm, etc. And I think scientific criteria shows than marijuana is less harmful than tobacco, and maybe less harmful than alcohol too.
This will always be a passion of mine. Seeing marijuana become legalized across the states here in the US without any federal restrictions. What I like about Canada is that I have some friends who created the coin "pot coin" and they are introducing it as a currency for the industry due to the banking laws that over shadows medical and recreational marijuana revenue. If you don't have a pot coin wallet, please look into getting one as this may be the way to purchase your smoking needs without having the banks all up how you spending your money. Right on for this blog it was a pleasure to read. Anytime you post something regarding marijuana legalization, you will have my full attention. In Florida we legalized Marijuana and now the state government is passing a bill to prohibit smoking as a way of using it.
I live in Uruguay, recently a couple of years ago it was legalized here. Even when always was kinda morally accepted, this last time was a change in the rights or home grows and canabis clubs. The quality of the standard weed in every club is really high and make a market really clean at a good price and with great weed. I consider myself legalization as one great way to fight against traffic, bad quality products, exposing yourself in a declivity act, and much more risks you are involved every time you are buying something illegal. This a big step to understand and take out the taboo of which consumes marihuana in the same way other person drinks a beer. Wish all countries had the opportunity to try this system out. Salut Canadian brothers.
