Ok, these kinds of compounding equations drive me nuts. I actually don't think that I have enough information to calculate this accurately.
The unknown factor is whether the males count as viable plants too.
If I'm only considering females, I'd say that it would take at least 50,000 years.

You'd be looking at 1 female creating 50-female seeds every 3-months ...
1,000,000,000 = 1x50^n where n = number of seasons.
After n = 5 seasons, you'd have ~9.75Million seeds;
After n = 6 seasons, you'd have ~15.63Billion seeds;
when n = 5.29 seasons (if you could have partial seasons) -- you'd hit ~1Billion seeds.
If you can go from seed to flower in 12 weeks (3months) you’d have 4 growing Seasons in one year.... so 5 growing Seasons =1.2years
I am going to try this with my Ruderalis Hybrids. I will send you a few Billion seeds in 1.5 years.
