Lung Cancer Patient Denied Right to Grow Medicine

in #cannabis6 years ago

Joe Redner, who was advised by his doctor to juice cannabis leaves in an attempt to prevent the recurrence of the disease originally won the right in court to grow his own plants and then lost the case when the state appealed the decision has lost his appeal for a rehearing.
The state of Florida which legalized cannabis for medical use but for two years didn’t allow the smoking of it has refused to reconsider the decision.

Is it any wonder that most people don’t bother asking for permission?

Florida is such a ass backwards state.

Hard to argue with that characterization.
