We hope all is well for you and yours. Today,we are canning again. This time we are canning boneless,skinless chicken breast. We cut it into cubes and raw packed it into pint jars. We processed it for ninety minutes in our pressure cooker/Instapot. Two jars of chicken,pasta,frozen vegetables,Italian seasoning and cheese makes for a super quick one skillet dinner for my family. My children like this chicken browned in a skillet and coated with ranch dressing.

Is that all there is to it? Put chicken bits in jars, pressure cooker for an hour and a half?
That’s all there is to it. It’s pretty simple. Some people add iodine free salt but it’s optional. :)
