Fans of Survival Horror count the hours for the arrival of January 25, date in which they can finally return to the zombie nightmare that took place in Raccoon City in the space and time of the events of Resident Evil 2. Although Capcom has already revealed essential details about the remake and the expectation is that the original content is maintained, the title could not be alien to the arrival of content via DLC and the company has been thinking about it.
During an event held in Dubai for the next release of Resident Evil 2, Kazunori Kadoi and Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, director and producer of the remake respectively, revealed that the possibility of more content arriving via DLC has not been ruled out. In that sense, the creatives mentioned that it is an issue that is still being discussed in Capcom, although they assured that there is nothing official and can not announce anything at the moment, but they invited the fans to be aware of all the news channels of the company once Resident Evil 2 debuts in the market. It is worth mentioning that the recent deliveries of the franchise have had different types of DLC and if the same happens with the next remake, the expectation is that through some stories that expand the gaming experience.
