由日本机器人新创公司 ZMP 与丸之内交通在九月於东京进行的自动驾驶计程车道路实验在最近公布短片,整套过程是在真实道路环境且以合理的时速前进,而非为了进行实验围出安全环境,从短片中可看到这台实验车辆应该是有达到 Level 4 的需有人监督但所有驾驶行为已是全自动驾驶水準。
从影片中看到这段从大手町 Financial City Grand Cube 到东京六本木新城的影片当中, ZMP 的自动驾驶计程车无论是变换车道、感测附近车辆动线并进行应对、被切线的减速、小雨中的号誌识别、侦测斑马线上的路人、在饭店的自动停车等,皆一气呵成的完成。同时无论是行驶在道路或是如饭店内的室内空间道路,自动驾驶系统仍以相当流畅的方式进行转向,反而是乘坐在驾驶座上的安全监控人员时不时在转弯一副随时都准备好要介入,感觉比起自动驾驶系统还要紧张。
