I am guessing it is one of the following component:
- steering angle sensor
- yaw sensor
- wheel speed sensor
Did they replace any of those?
A mere OBD2 scan might not reveal anything, as long as the sensor output are within range.

Hahahaha typical Malaysian worker attitude....the fact that it is intermittent also makes it more difficult to diagnose as if it doesn't happen all the time.

If the service center is not willing to obliged, you'll need to find a third part Honda specialist, which I am sure there is a lot!
