Lamborghini has delivered 3,815 sports cars in the past year, according to the Italian manufacturer. The number was therefore more than 10 percent higher than a year earlier.
In Europe, the Middle East and Africa 1,477 Lamborghinis were sold, 18 percent more than in 2016.
In North and South America a sales volume of 1,338 was achieved, an increase of 4 percent. Of that number, 1,095 were registered in the United States. The remaining 1,000 copies were sold in Asia.
The Huracán was the best-selling Lamborghini in 2017 with 2,642 copies, an increase of 12 percent. Sales of the Aventador increased by 6 percent to 1,173 copies.
This year the recently presented Urus cross-over has to take care of even larger numbers.
