Sorry, I can be childish when someone randomly downvotes me for no reason or explanation.

The Bots aren't the problem. They are a tool that people who create content. I choose to use it to create exposure for my "channel". It's called marketing. If you want to complain about something, complain about poor content that is being created and marketed by Bots.

But when you play the game of downvoting a good quality post, who happened to use a bot for marketing, be ready for them (me) to return the favor.

I would call it marketing if the post you payed for had an ad badge on it. For me and most of the others its called - cheating. It is not your fault if that option is given to you and you want to spend a few 100 bucks on it. But, don't you think that without the bots this community would be a better place? A place where only real good stuff would end on the trending page? I will fight against it and I don't give a damn if I get 100 flags because of it.

Friend, you are in the wrong environment. It is, what it is. Those who have money and have chosen to put larger stakes into it are willing to further invest in it by using bots to promote their posts. I'm in that camp. This is the environment we live in. It's not perfect, but if you are altruistic about it, why no post on Medium? Or other websites? Why did you choose to post here?

Also, I'm not going to go on a rampage downvoting you just because I disagree with you. Things change when money is involved and it becomes more personal. But if you unjustly downvote me, I'll kindly return the favor.

If you believe in anarchy, this is what it looks like.

So, you don't believe in yourself? That's a pitty. I have read your past posts and I find them for me interesting and would upvoted them if I found them even in the NEW section. I know that you wouldn't give a damn if I upvoted you that moment when you look in my wallet. Am I right? Don't forget, money can't buy you talent. And you, as a talented person put yourself in a camp with people who has nothing beside this few 100 bucks they put in to be promoted? Well, good luck in the long run...you'll need it. May the Force be with you. ;)
